Requirements:

• Education: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Fine Arts, Visual Arts, Art Education, or a related field.
• Experience: Minimum 2-3 years of teaching experience in Art and Craft at school level. Experience in organizing exhibitions or art projects is an advantage.
• Language Skills: Proficiency in English (B2 level preferred).
• Creativity & Artistic Skills: Strong skills in drawing, painting, sculpture, and craft-making using various materials (paper, fabric, clay, wood, etc.).
• Pedagogical Knowledge: Ability to apply modern teaching techniques, encourage creativity, and adapt lessons for different age groups.
• Technology: Familiarity with digital tools for art creation (e.g., graphic design software) is a plus.
• Soft Skills: Excellent communication skills, patience, and ability to inspire students.
• International Curriculum: Knowledge of Cambridge or IB Visual Arts curriculum is an advantage.

Responsibilities:

• Plan and deliver engaging Art & Craft lessons to develop students’ artistic skills and creativity.
• Teach techniques in drawing, painting, sculpture, and craft-making using different materials.
• Organize art exhibitions, competitions, and creative workshops for students.
• Encourage self-expression and innovation in students’ work.
• Assess student progress and provide constructive feedback.
• Ensure a safe and organized classroom environment with proper use of tools and materials.
• Collaborate with other teachers on cross-curricular art projects.
