Working Conditions:
- Location: Babek Plaza
- Work schedule: 5 days a week
- Working hours: 09:00–18:00
- Salary: 1828.57 AZN (Gross / After the 3-month probation period, a 20% salary increase will be applied)
Requirements:
- Master’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or Economics; full ACCA Professional certification
- 5–8 years of experience in accounting
- Strong knowledge of tax legislation; ERP system experience is an advantage
- Proficiency in Azerbaijani, Russian (B2), and English (business communication level)

Responsibilities:
- Lead the full preparation of financial statements
- Establish, develop, and maintain internal control systems; ensure audit readiness
- Conduct budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis; provide variance analysis
- Develop tax planning strategies and ensure compliance with all tax obligations
- Lead professional development of J1–J3 staff; prepare individual development plans
- Standardize financial processes and ensure optimal use of ERP systems
- Ensure accurate and complete financial accounting
- Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual reports
- Manage cash flow and budget control
- Oversee tax compliance and reporting
- Calculate and control production cost
- Monitor accounts receivable on a daily basis
- Prepare sales and financial analytical reports
