Conditions:

• Baku, Azerbaijan | Babek Plaza Business Centre
• Salary: 1207.45 gross
• Schedule: remote, with one office visit per week
• Contract: In accordance with the labor legislation of the Republic of Azerbaijan
• Probation Period: 3 months

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee daily financial operations including income, expenses, payments, and reconciliations.
• Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports for management review.
• Develop and monitor budgets, comparing actual performance against planned results.
• Conduct cost optimization and efficiency analysis to improve financial performance.
• Strengthen and monitor internal control systems and assist with risk management.
• Collaborate with the accounting team to ensure timely and accurate financial reporting.
• Provide financial insights and recommendations to management for strategic decisions.
• Manage and forecast cash flow to ensure financial stability.
• Work with financial and ERP systems(e.g., 1C or similar software).

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or Economics.
• Minimum 3–5 years of relevant work experience.
• Strong knowledge of financial reporting, budgeting, and analysis.
• Advanced skills in Excel and financial software (1C or similar).
• Proficiency in English and Russian (both written and spoken).
