Hard Skills:
- Higher (bachelor’s degree) or secondary education
- 4–5 years of experience in sales
- Languages: Azerbaijani (fluent), Russian (C1 or fluent), English (B2)

Responsibilities:
- Manages strategic relationships with key clients
- Identifies and executes cross-sell and up-sell opportunities within existing accounts
- Mentors junior team members and supports their professional development
- Shares sales best practices within the team
- Actively contributes to the execution of sales strategies
- Optimizes pipeline quality and sales forecasting accuracy
- Increases customer retention and satisfaction levels
- Participates in closing complex and high-value deals
- Supports the achievement of team KPIs and monitors performance outcomes
- Complete research, data validation, and analysis tasks within defined timelines
Working Conditions:
- Location: Babek Plaza
- Work schedule: 5 days a week
- Working hours: 09:00–18:00
- Salary: 1500 AZN + Percentage of total sales
