Hard Skills:

  • 4–5 years of experience in sales
  • Languages: Azerbaijani (fluent), Russian (C1 or fluent), English (B2)

  • Supportive, solution-oriented, and responsible approach

Responsibilities:

  • Manages strategic relationships with key clients
  • Identifies and executes cross-sell and up-sell opportunities within existing accounts
  • Mentors junior team members and supports their professional development
  • Shares sales best practices within the team
  • Actively contributes to the execution of sales strategies
  • Optimizes pipeline quality and sales forecasting accuracy
  • Increases customer retention and satisfaction levels
  • Participates in closing complex and high-value deals
  • Supports the achievement of team KPIs and monitors performance outcomes
  • Complete research, data validation, and analysis tasks within defined timelines

Working Conditions:

  • Location: Babek Plaza
  • Work schedule: 5 days a week
  • Working hours: 09:00–18:00
  • Salary: 1500 AZN + Percentage of total sales
