Now, we’re looking for a next-generation Digitalist — someone who doesn’t just run campaigns, but builds AI-powered growth systems.

Role Overview:

This is not a traditional digital marketing role.

We are looking for someone who:

• Thinks AI-first, not tool-first
• Builds scalable growth systems, not just campaigns
• Uses automation, data, and AI agents to drive performance

Key Responsibilities:

• Build and execute AI-powered marketing campaigns across social media, email, paid ads, and SEO
• Create and manage automated funnels and workflows (lead generation, onboarding, retention)
• Use AI tools to generate high-performing ad creatives, copy, and content at scale
• Develop and test growth hacking experiments rapidly
• Track, analyze, and optimize performance metrics (ROI, CAC, conversions)
• Build or use AI agents / automations for repetitive marketing tasks
• Continuously explore and implement new AI tools and growth strategies

Requirements:

• 3+ years in digital marketing, growth, or performance marketing
• Strong understanding of paid ads, SEO, email marketing, and funnels
• Experience with AI tools (Claude code, Midjourney, Runway, Jasper, etc.)
• Ability to build automations (Zapier, Make, or similar tools)
• Analytical mindset with strong data interpretation skills
• Ability to move fast, test quickly, and scale what works
• Good communication skills
• English proficiency (Turkish is a plus)

Bonus (Big Plus):

• Experience building AI agents or advanced automations
• Background in influencer marketing or creator economy
• Experience with CRM tools and lifecycle marketing
• No-code / low-code tool experience
• Performance marketing case studies (real growth results)
