Keepface is an Influencer Marketing Platform founded in 2016 by Azerbaijani entrepreneurs as a tech startup.

Today, we work across multiple markets and connect brands with influencers through our platform. We help brands manage influencer marketing more efficiently while giving influencers access to paid collaborations, affiliate programs, and new earning opportunities.

We are looking for a motivated and communicative Influencer Partnership Manager (IPM) to join our team and manage influencer acquisition, communication, onboarding, and partnerships across different markets.

What you will do:

• Search for and identify suitable influencers across different regions where we operate with various brands
• Continuously research new influencers and build a strong influencer pipeline
• Contact influencers through Instagram, email marketing, WhatsApp, and other communication channels
• Introduce influencers to Keepface and other collaboration opportunities
• Explain the benefits, answer questions, build trust, and convert interested influencers into active partners
• Follow up with influencers throughout the onboarding process and make sure they successfully join Keepface
• Monitor influencer responses, registrations, and conversion rates
• Build long-term relationships with influencers and keep them engaged for future campaigns
• Identify high-potential influencers and take a more personalized approach, including arranging calls or meetings when necessary
• Work with influencers from different countries, cultures, and backgrounds
• Manage multiple conversations, tasks, and campaigns simultaneously

What we're looking for:

• Bachelor's degree
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Fluent in Azerbaijani and English
• Strong written communication skills
• Confident and comfortable communicating with different types of people
• Ability to persuade, negotiate, build trust, and convert leads into active influencers
• Strong follow-up and relationship-building skills
• Ability to work independently in a remote environment
• Strong multitasking and time-management skills
• Comfortable working with CRM systems, Google Sheets, email marketing, Instagram, and other digital tools
• Ability to work in a fast-paced international environment
• Experience in influencer marketing, digital marketing, sales is a plus
• Female candidates preferred
