Key requirements:
- University degree or equivalent
- Minimum upper-intermediate level of English (fluency preferred)
- At least 3-5 years of experience in a leadership or coordination role in education
- Strong understanding of the International Baccalaureate (IB) programmes is an advantage
- Proven organisational and project management skills, particularly in school operations and events, are an advantage
- Strong interpersonal, communication, and leadership abilities
- Ability to work in a dynamic and collaborative school environment
- High level of responsibility, initiative, and problem-solving mindset
Essential duties and responsibilities:
- Coordinate and oversee organisational processes within the IB School
- Support the Director in the implementation of operational plans
- Lead the planning and execution of school events, academic activities, and institutional projects
- Ensure smooth communication and coordination between departments
- Represent the school in meetings and events when required
- Maintain accurate documentation, reports, and organisational records
