Khazar University Dunya IB School seeks an English Language Teacher who will be part of a dynamic team.
Qualification and experience:
- Minimum Bachelor’s Degree in English Philology; English Literature; English Teaching
- Teaching experience in international schools is desirable
- International teaching qualification is desirable
Skills:
- Proficiency in spoken and written English
- Exceptional organizational and communication skills
- Knowledge of various teaching methods
Essential duties and responsibilities:
- Plan and prepare lessons in relation to individual students’ needs and the MYP curriculum
- Become familiar with the curriculum guidelines and work toward their successful implementation
- Preparing the classroom by gathering and setting up equipment.
- Acquire appropriate teaching materials and resources
- Attending faculty and parent-teacher meetings.
- Monitoring inventory and sourcing art supplies, as needed.
- Ensuring that the classroom is clean after each lesson.
- Perform teacher duties according to schedule
