The Role

• We are looking for a full-time English Teacher to lead our IELTS and General English classes. You will own your classroom: planning lessons, tracking student progress, and driving the kind of outcomes that build our reputation. This is a seat for someone who takes pride in their craft and wants room to grow with the academy.

Location: Khatai metro (Next to Demirci Plaza), in-person

Responsibilities

• Plan and deliver high-quality General English and IELTS lessons using our structured curriculum and digital materials.
• Prepare students for all four IELTS components (Listening, Reading, Writing, Speaking) to a measurable standard.
• Track each student's progress and adjust teaching to keep results on target.
• Maintain the engagement and retention our students expect.
• Contribute ideas to improve our programs as the academy grows.

Requirements

• Proven IELTS teaching experience — you know the exam, the scoring, and the strategies that move a band score.
• Demonstrated English proficiency at IELTS 7.5+ level (certificate or willingness to verify).
• Strong classroom-management skills.
• Reliability, professionalism, and a results-driven mindset.
