Knight Academy is a Baku-based educational institution dedicated to high-standard language training. We are currently seeking a disciplined and experienced General English Instructor to join our team on a part-time basis.
Key Responsibilities
- Instructional Delivery: Plan and deliver high-quality General English lessons to students of various proficiency levels.
- Hybrid Management: Conduct in-person sessions at our Baku facility and online sessions via designated digital platforms.
- Assessment & Reporting: Monitor student progress, provide constructive feedback, and maintain accurate records of performance.
- Coordination: Work closely with our Operations Manager to align lesson schedules and curriculum implementation.
- Professionalism: Maintain a high standard of punctuality, preparation, and classroom management at all times.
Requirements & Qualifications
- Certification: CELTA, TEFL, TESOL, or an equivalent internationally recognized teaching qualification.
- Experience: Minimum of 2 years of experience teaching General English to adult or adolescent learners.
- Location: Candidates must be currently based in Baku for the in-person component of the role.
- Soft Skills: Strong communication skills, a result-oriented mindset, and the ability to work independently.
Employment Terms
- Type: Part-time.
- Payment Model: Remuneration is calculated on a per-lesson basis, allowing for a flexible yet structured schedule.
