Responsibilities:
- Organize and coordinate office processes to ensure the effective operation of the team.
- Oversee the condition of office premises, equipment, and supplies.
- Maintain documentation, manage filing, and archiving of documents.
- Process employee requests for materials, office supplies, and equipment.
- Prepare reports for management.
Requirements:
- Female candidate,age 25-40
- At least 1 year of experience in a similar role.
- Proficiency in office software (Microsoft Office, 1C, etc.).
- Strong organizational and communication skills.
- Responsibility, attention to detail, and the ability to work in a multitasking environment.
