Responsibilities:

  • Organize and coordinate office processes to ensure the effective operation of the team.
  • Oversee the condition of office premises, equipment, and supplies.
  • Maintain documentation, manage filing, and archiving of documents.
  • Prepare reports for management.

Requirements:

  • Female candidate,age 25-40
  • At least 1 year of experience in a similar role.
  • Proficiency in office software (Microsoft Office,etc.).
  • Strong organizational and communication skills.
  • Responsibility, attention to detail, and the ability to work in a multitasking environment.
