Requirements:

• Higher education in Architecture or Design.
• A professional portfolio (applications without a portfolio will not be considered).
• At least 5 years of experience in interior design (apartments, houses, offices, hotels, restaurants, private cottage projects).
• Completed projects and experience in project supervision.
• Skills in on-site visits (measurements, photography, identification of architectural, structural, and engineering features of objects).
• Experience in preparing drawings and developing project documentation.
• Advanced proficiency in Excel and AutoCAD.
• Experience in preparing Bills of Quantities (BOQ) and cost estimates
• Ability to effectively manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Proficiency in Azerbaijani, Russian, and English.

The starting salary for this position is 2000 AZN per month.
