Job responsibilities
- Communication with parents and students on exam procedures and processes, exam payments and results;
- Responding to students’ and parents’ enquiries with regards to exams;
- Correspondence with Exam Boards (Cambridge and Pearson);
- Correspondence with external stakeholders (cargo, postal services, customs);
- Collaboration with Operations Department and Security;
- Collaboration with Finance Department on exam payment procedures and fees;
- Collaboration with Heads of Departments on curriculum codes and syllabus;
- Collecting ID cards and passports from students;
- Submission of entries, accurately and on time;
- Ensuring payment is done timely;
- Managing the examinations budget effectively.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree is a must;
- Fluent English;
- Over 2 years of experience in related fields;
- Background in education is a plus;
- Skills and abilities;
- Accurate, responsible and accountable;
- IT literate;
- Strong communication and persuasiveness skills.
