We are seeking a qualified and experienced Lego teacher for our PreSchool to join our team and deliver high-quality math lessons.

Job responsibilities

• Conduct group Lego lessons;
• Develop yearly Lego curriculum and prepare lesson plans;
• Engage, encourage, and motivate students;
• Differentiate teaching for varying learners’ needs;
• Communicate effectively with students and other staff members;
• Monitor students' progress and adjust training plans accordingly;
• Provide a fun and creative environmenty;
• Participate in staff meetings and professional development opportunities.

Background:

• Bachelor`s degree is a must;
• Experience as a STEAM educator preferred;
• Extensive knowledge of Lego strategies, tactics, and theory;
• English language skills- B1;
• Russian language skills- B1.

Skills and abilities:

• Excellent subject knowledge;
• Strong communication and persuasiveness skills;
• Classroom management skills;
• Patience when dealing with children.
