As Motion Designer (Animation & Motion Graphics), you will produce high-energy animated content and motion graphics that drive platform engagement and build brand awareness among prospective students.
This is a hands-on, end-to-end creative role: you will storyboard, animate, edit, and publish short-form motion content that turns complex study-abroad topics into stories that resonate with prospective students. You will own the motion pipeline from concept and ideation through to a polished, platform-ready post.
Requirements
- Hands-on command of After Effects — keyframing, easing, expressions, and type animation — to deliver broadcast-quality motion graphics without a dedicated studio.
- Proactive monitoring of TikTok and Instagram Reels trends, with the ability to reframe viral formats into animated, educational narratives relevant to the study-abroad journey.
- Practical proficiency in After Effects, Premiere Pro, or CapCut, including dynamic transitions, sound design, and animated captions for accessibility.
- Crafting opening sequences that capture attention within the first three seconds, paired with clear, action-oriented calls to action that convert viewers into leads.
- Strategic use of tools like ChatGPT and Claude to generate 20 or more platform-ready motion concepts and scripts per week, guided by target keywords and campaign goals.
- Ability to transform dense or technical subject matter into a compelling 60-second animated story.
- Fluency in English, plus either Azerbaijani or Russian.
