Job responsibilities
- Support the design and setup of a large-scale institutional project from concept to operational readiness;
- Prepare analytical, planning, and regulatory documentation for internal and external stakeholders;
- Coordinate multiple workstreams and contributors to ensure timely delivery of project milestones;
- Assist in structuring processes, policies, and operating frameworks for a new organization;
- Track progress, risks, and dependencies, and report insights to senior management.
Requirements
- 4+ years of experience in strategy, consulting, project management, or institutional setup;
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to collect, organize, analyze, and disseminate significant amounts of information with attention to detail and accuracy;
- Proficiency in Microsoft tools especially in Excel and PowerPoint;
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to present complex information in a clear and concise manner;
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and independently;
- Knowledge of strategic planning processes and frameworks;
- Prior experience of working in university or related field is an advantage;
- Excellent Azerbaijani and English.
