Purpose of the Role

At Leadlab, the Creative Lead is responsible for overseeing and managing all creative processes and ensuring the quality of output. This role guarantees that all creative materials (videos, designs, campaign concepts, etc.) produced by the team meet the highest standards, align with the agency’s creative vision, and fulfill client expectations.

Key Responsibilites

  • Develop creative concepts and ideas, providing direction for campaigns.
  • Review, edit, and approve all creative work from the team, including designs, videos, and other materials.
  • Manage the entire creative workflow: brief → brainstorming → concept → execution → final review.
  • Take full responsibility for the quality of creative deliverables presented to clients.
  • Closely collaborate with designers, videographers, editors, and content creators, providing guidance and feedback.
  • Stay updated on creative trends and integrate new approaches into the team’s work.
  • Shape and maintain the agency’s creative style and visual identity.

Qualifications

  • Minimum 4–5 years of experience in advertising, social media, or creative agencies.
  • Strong ability to develop creative concepts and transform them into executable ideas.
  • Solid understanding of design and video production processes.
  • Leadership skills and the ability to direct and motivate a creative team.
  • Strong presentation and client communication skills to justify and defend creative ideas.
  • Fluency in Azerbaijani; good English is a strong advantage.
