Key Responsibilities:

  • Development and implementation of the offline sales strategy.
  • Formation and management of the sales team.
  • Client acquisition: attracting individual entrepreneurs (IE), accountants, and partners.
  • Establishing partnerships and holding meetings with key clients. Identifying and developing partnerships with accounting companies, entrepreneur associations, etc.
  • Developing and implementing new approaches to increase customer loyalty.
  • Achieving sales targets and preparing reports.

Requirements:

  • Higher education (preferably in economics, business, or marketing).
  • At least 5 years of sales experience, with at least 2 years in a leadership role.
  • Experience in the banking sector or in B2B/corporate sales is required.
  • Deep understanding of banking products and specifics of working with individual entrepreneurs (IE) and the overall MSME segment.
  • Experience in building and managing a team.
  • Negotiation skills and the ability to establish long-term partnerships.
  • Analytical skills and the ability to work with data.
  • Fluency in Azerbaijani and Russian.
  • Leadership qualities and a proactive approach.
  • Result-oriented mindset.
  • High level of responsibility and self-organization.
  • Excellent communication skills.
