Key Responsibilities:
- Development and implementation of the offline sales strategy.
- Formation and management of the sales team.
- Client acquisition: attracting individual entrepreneurs (IE), accountants, and partners.
- Establishing partnerships and holding meetings with key clients. Identifying and developing partnerships with accounting companies, entrepreneur associations, etc.
- Developing and implementing new approaches to increase customer loyalty.
- Achieving sales targets and preparing reports.
Requirements:
- Higher education (preferably in economics, business, or marketing).
- At least 5 years of sales experience, with at least 2 years in a leadership role.
- Experience in the banking sector or in B2B/corporate sales is required.
- Deep understanding of banking products and specifics of working with individual entrepreneurs (IE) and the overall MSME segment.
- Experience in building and managing a team.
- Negotiation skills and the ability to establish long-term partnerships.
- Analytical skills and the ability to work with data.
- Fluency in Azerbaijani and Russian.
- Leadership qualities and a proactive approach.
- Result-oriented mindset.
- High level of responsibility and self-organization.
- Excellent communication skills.
