Responsibilities:
- Promotion and sale of VIP cards through various channels (online, affiliate networks, internal CRM solutions, etc.);
- Development and implementation of sales and product development strategies;
- Collection and analysis of customer feedback to identify growth opportunities for the product;
Market and competitive environment monitoring, identifying trends and opportunities for product development; - Setting tasks for the development team to refine and improve the product;
- Managing the product backlog: task prioritization, timeline management, implementation and quality control;
- Interaction with internal teams (development, marketing, customer support, analytics);
- Participation in testing and implementation of new product features.
Requirements:
- From 3 years of experience in sales or product management;
- Experience with premium segment products, including VIP cards;
- Excellent communication and presentation skills;
- Understanding of Agile/Scrum principles, experience working with backlogs and user stories;
- Knowledge of financial services or premium products will be an advantage;
- Ability to work with data: KPI analysis, report preparation, interpretation of results.
