Key Responsibilities:
- Organizing sales through phone calls with local and international client databases
- Holding meetings with potential and existing clients
- Building and maintaining long-term client relationships
- Negotiating and closing contracts
- Selling additional services
- Preparing exhibition/conference project concepts
- Developing and updating sales materials
- Managing and processing sales databases
- Promoting projects via content updates, events, mailing campaigns
- Handling payment collection and follow-ups
- Coordinating with marketing, technical, and admin teams
- Preparing detailed exhibition reports
Skills and Qualifications:
- Strong verbal & written communication
- Excellent planning, problem-solving & reporting abilities
- Project management skills with a strategic and creative mindset
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
Requirements:
- Fluent in Azerbaijani, English, and Russian
- Excellent presentation and interpersonal skills
- Prior experience in a similar role is essential
- Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, etc.)
- Willing to travel locally and internationally
- Highly motivated, target-driven, and customer-focused
- Stress-resistant, well-organized, and detail-oriented
- A team player with a flexible, cooperative attitude
