We are seeking a Regional Sales Manager to oversee and coordinate the commercial and operational activities of retail stores within an assigned region. This role is key to ensuring that sales targets are met, brand policies are implemented, and operational standards are maintained.

 Responsibilities

• Conduct regular store visits to evaluate performance, motivate teams, and recommend corrective actions
• Achieve commercial targets for the assigned region
• Monitor sales results, analyze KPIs, and identify opportunities for improvement
• Lead the recruitment, onboarding, and training of Store Managers and their teams
• Set development goals, assess staff performance, and prepare improvement plans
• Prepare reports, present data to management, and propose actionable solutions

Qualifications

• Fluent English skills (both written and spoken)
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and digital sales tools
• 2–5 years of experience in retail management
• Strong knowledge of retail KPIs, sales analysis, and operational standards
• Willingness to travel frequently
