We are currently seeking a highly organized and motivated Office Administrator to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong administrative background and excellent communication skills.
Location: Baku, Azerbaijan
Salary: 700–900 AZN (based on experience and qualifications)
Schedule: Full-time
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide general administrative support to the department and staff
- Answer and route phone calls professionally
- Manage and monitor office expenses
- Maintain accurate physical and digital records, including personnel files
- Schedule meetings, interviews, and appointments (internal and external)
- Prepare reports, presentations, and spreadsheets
- Organize company documents and update filing systems
- Distribute incoming correspondence and manage mail
- Handle office supply inventory and orders
- Assist in the preparation of job postings and application screening
- Coordinate with internal teams and external partners for administrative operations
- Assist with travel arrangements and logistical support for staff
- Update and implement office procedures and policies as needed
- Support project documentation, reports, and communication materials
- Welcome and support office visitors and clients
- Maintain contact lists and handle internal communication as required
Requirements:
- Minimum 2 years of relevant administrative experience
- Proficiency in Russian and English at an upper-intermediate level
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Excellent attention to detail and ability to multitask
- Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
- Strong communication, presentation, and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work independently and in a team environment
