LV Logistics are looking for a detail-oriented and motivated Finance Assistant to join our team. This role is ideal for someone at an early stage of their career who is eager to develop within a dynamic and professional finance environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Record daily financial transactions and maintain accurate accounting records
- Process supplier invoices and prepare payments
- Issue invoices to customers and monitor incoming payments
- Reconcile bank statements and resolve discrepancies
- Assist in preparing financial reports and audit documentation
- Maintain organized financial files in compliance with company policies
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Economics, Finance, or a related field
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Good organizational and time-management skills
- Proficiency in MS Office
- Fluency in Azerbaijani and English (Russian is an advantage)
- Previous experience is a plus
