Digital Process Owner responsible for defining, prioritizing and delivering digital products and features that meet customer and stakeholder needs. Acting as the liaison between the business and third-party teams, communicate vision, goals and requirements. Shape product release plans, content strategies and ensure alignment with organizational objectives.
Key Responsibilities:
Project Management:
- Oversee the project lifecycle from ideation to delivery, ensuring milestones are met and aligning with stakeholder expectations.
Content Management:
- Curate and manage content within the application, ensuring it aligns with the project's objectives and resonates with the target audience.
- Prepare, upload and review content within the application, ensuring accuracy, relevance and adherence to quality standards.
Processes Supervision:
- Support the development team, fostering collaboration and ensuring tasks are completed efficiently and effectively.
- Provide ongoing operational support for the application, addressing any technical issues or challenges that may arise to ensure smooth functionality.
Client Communication:
- Act as the primary point of contact for the client, facilitating regular communication, providing updates on project progress and addressing any concerns or feedback.
Documentation and Budgeting:
- Maintain thorough documentation of project requirements, specifications and progress.
Candidate requirements:
- Previous project management, customer care or related field experience is preferable.
- Strong working knowledge of related software (Microsoft environment)
- Knowledge of CMS is preferable
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Personal laptop
- The selected candidates will be provided with the practical tasks
- Excellent knowledge of Azerbaijani, Russian or/and English languages
- Highly responsible & reliable.
