MANARCH is an award-winning architecture and urban design studio driven by meaningful design and collaborative practice. We are looking for a highly organized and proactive Office Manager to join our team and support the studio’s daily operations and communication.
What You’ll Do
- Manage daily office operations to ensure a smooth and productive work environment
- Coordinate procurement and maintain office supplies
- Organize internal meetings, team events, and studio calendars
- Oversee incoming and outgoing correspondence and document flow
- Support the preparation and archiving of project-related documents and contracts
- Greet visitors, manage phone/email communication, and ensure a professional front-of-house experience
- Assist with onboarding new team members and maintaining internal HR coordination
- Collaborate closely with architects, project managers, accountants, and legal consultants
What We Expect
- Proven experience in office administration or similar role (1–3 years preferred)
- Excellent organizational and multitasking skills
- Confident use of MS Office and Google Workspace tools
- Strong written and verbal communication skills in Azerbaijani, English and Russian
- Positive attitude, high attention to detail, and ability to work in a dynamic team-oriented environment
