Responsibilities:

• Carrying out MEP related calculations and drawing preparation
• Evaluation of shop-drawings and subcontractor’s installation works in conjunction with mechanical design drawings.
• Coordination of works between Client, Designer and sub-contractors.
• Managing of  site  works  within  mechanical discipline  including infrastructural  works, plumbing & mechanical works.
• Evaluation of subcontractor’s material submittals
• Report preparation
• Verifying of mechanical works’ compliance to international standards and local codes/regulations
• Maintain compliance with all company policies and procedures

Required skills and qualifications:

• A Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering.
• At least 5 years of experience in Construction
• Theoretical and practical knowledge on Mechanical disciplines
• Proficiency in MS Office suite, Auto CAD, Revit, Mechanical related software
• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines, while maintaining a positive attitude.
• Problem solving skills and decision-making
• Communication skills in English language.
