We are seeking a detail-oriented and motivated Financial Specialist to join our finance team. The successful candidate will support financial reporting, ensure compliance with IFRS standards, and assist in the daily accounting operations of the company and its subsidiary entities.
Key Responsibilities
- Work under the supervision of the Chief Accountant Specialist
- Collect financial and operational reports from subsidiary companies in a timely manner
- Apply and maintain standardized and user-friendly reporting formats
- Follow up on data requests to ensure deadlines are met; inform management of any delays or issues
- Support planning and budgeting of payment obligations for subsidiary companies
- Ensure proper documentation and filing of all reports in line with company procedures
- Review and control reports in accordance with IFRS standards
- Maintain accurate financial records
- Assist in the preparation of financial reports
- Record daily transactions in accounting software
- Monitor and adjust payment statuses
- Assist in audit processes
- Ensure proper filing, backups, and documentation of all financial records
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Word
- Experience with 1C or other ERP systems
- Good command of English (written and spoken) is required
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
