We are currently looking for an experienced Procurement Specialist/ Təchizat üzrə mütəxəssis

The Procurement Specialist is responsible

• The Buyer is responsible for the purchasing of a wide variety of commodities: pipes (all types), HVAC fittings, flanges, valves, structural steel, insulation materials, consumables, lubricants, engineering, mechanics, welding tools and equipment, also electrical materials. 
• Sourcing the suppliers with best prices, delivery, payment terms and other important negotiations with suppliers.
• Pre-qualification of vendors and conclusion of annual contracts with local suppliers.
• Analyzes RFQ and the requirements of the commodity, clarify and ensures with requestor a specifications (conformance and implementation), also lead time.  
• Registration and tracking of all RFQ and Proposals.
• Prepares detailed bid comparison table for management approval.
• Issues material requisition (MR) with exact commodity codes.   
• Issues purchase orders PO or Annex for trade agreement that comply with company and government regulations.
• Expedites of commodities delivery process, assures invoice payment by monitoring the process from initiation of a purchase order through the receipt of the goods. 
• Performs other related duties as assigned.

Required skills/experience:

• Minimum 2 years of experience in related field 
• Excellent communication, organizational and analytical skills.
• Excellent knowledge of Azerbaijani, intermediate level of English and Russian languages.
• Advanced level in MS Office applications.
• Able to thrive in a high-stress and fast-paced environment
• 1C or other ERP system knowledge is preferable
• Electrical, Plumbing, Heating, Mechanical, Welding materials knowledge is preferable.
• Knowledge of Incoterms, transportation process, import clearance, customs procedures, pricing structure.
• Knowledge of public procurement procedures is encouraged.
• Driver's license B is preferable
