Job description:
- Providing warm, sincere and engaging service to our Guests.
- Greeting Guests with a warm and engaging smile, welcoming them to the outlet.
- Maintaining up-to-date knowledge of all food and beverage offerings in hotel and surrounding area, to effectively offer suggestions and act as a dining concierge to our Guests.
- Escorting Guests to suitable table, by anticipating their individual needs when determining table placement.
- Strategically rotating table placement to ensure even and appropriate workload for servers.
- Treating each and every Guest as a unique individual.
- Utilizing Guest name recognition and personalized individual touches to ensure our Guests feel valued.
- Effectively working as part of a team, assisting fellow colleagues whenever possible.
- Actively participating in initial and ongoing training with focus on continued development of knowledge and service techniques.
- Actively participating in communication meetings and daily shift briefs.
- Continually making suggestions to improve the department.
- Working in a safe manner and follow all health and safety regulations.
- Maintaining a clean and organized work area.
- Providing anticipatory service.
- Additional responsibilities and tasks can be added at any time according to the needs of the business and of the hotel.
Qualifications:
- Presentable appearance with a warm and welcoming personality
- Fluent in Azerbaijani, Russian, and English languages
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Previous experience in a similar role is a plus.
