Job Summary:
- We are seeking a highly organized and approachable HR Specialist to support our human resources team. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing day-to-day HR operations, supporting employees throughout their employment lifecycle, and ensuring compliance with company policies and labor regulations
Responsibilities:
- Manage the full recruitment process: job postings, resume screening, and interviewing.
- Coordinate onboarding for new hires to ensure a smooth transition.
- Maintain accurate employee records and update HR databases (HRIS).
- Provide support on employee relations issues and interpret company policies.
- Assist with payroll processing and benefits administration.
- Facilitate performance management processes, including annual reviews.
- Ensure compliance with local labor legislation and regulations
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
- Minimum 3 years of experience as an HR Specialist.
- Strong knowledge of labor laws and HR best practices.
- Proficiency in HRIS systems and MS Office.
- Proficiency in English language.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
