Job Responsibilities: 

• Supervision of labor protection and technical safety in workplaces;
• To analyze the causes of damage in production and prepare measures to prevent them and organize their implementation;
• Compliance with internal disciplinary rules, labor protection, safety equipment and sanitary-hygiene norms and rules;
• Participation in the inspection of the sanitary technical condition in the workplaces;
• Organizing the preparation of complex plans aimed at improving working conditions and conducting audits
• Participation in taking measures to prevent environmental pollution in structural divisions and production;
• Participating in the preparation of the evacuation plan and instructing the employees about it
• Conduct induction training with employees and assist employees in resolving labor protection issues;
• Participation in the development of HSE guidelines;
• Reporting in accordance with existing standards, forms and rules in the enterprise;
• Preparation and control of the implementation of the Quality Control Plan,
• Establishing the Quality System in the company;
• Ensuring control of Quality procedures at all stages of the process;
• Participation in the development of relevant guidelines;
• Regularly preparing and submitting reports to the management of the enterprise regarding the activity;
• Investigating the cause of the quality violation in the process, taking necessary measures, etc.

Qualifications:

• ISO 9001:2015, ISO 45001-2018, ISO 19011, etc. the basics of the standard;
• Having the ability to work at a high level in the MS Office program;
• Must know the Azerbaijani language perfectly, English and Russian at an upper-middle level
• Laws of the Republic of Azerbaijan;
• International standards in the relevant field;
• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g., Environmental Science, Occupational Health and Safety, Quality Management) is preferable.
• Proven experience in QHSE management, preferably in oil & gas industry.
• In-depth knowledge of relevant QHSE regulations, standards, and best practices.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.
• Analytical mindset with the ability to identify trends and implement data-driven solutions.
• Certified QHSE professional (e.g., NEBOSH,) is a plus.
• Excellent problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
• Team player with the ability to work collaboratively across departments.
