Sea Breeze Resort for the “Nikki Beach” project is looking for Bartenders

Job’s period: 3 months (seasonal)

Position Overview

• At Nikki Beach Baku, the Bartender is more than a drink maker - you are a storyteller, a showman, and a key part of the guest experience. You deliver crafted cocktails with precision, creativity, and flair while exuding the brand’s signature energy and charm. From signature drinks to surprise moments, you elevate every interaction through personalized service and a deep understanding of our beverage culture. You keep the bar running smoothly, ensure high standards of cleanliness and presentation, and set the tone for unforgettable guest experiences.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare and serve a variety of beverages in line with Nikki Beach recipes and presentation standards
• Provide engaging, confident service to every guest at the bar and throughout the venue
• Guide guests through the menu with tailored recommendations and product knowledge
• Maintain a clean, organized, and well-stocked bar throughout the shift
• Perform all bar opening and closing procedures in alignment with SOPs
• Ensure all beverages are made consistently with high attention to detail and speed
• Collaborate closely with the floor team, runners, and barbacks for seamless service
• Monitor inventory levels, minimize wastage, and assist with stock ordering
• Follow hygiene and safety regulations, including responsible alcohol service and ID checks
• Handle guest feedback with professionalism and a solutions-oriented attitude
• Process payments accurately and ensure smooth billing experiences
• Participate in daily team briefings, lineup meetings, and training sessions
• Stay updated on specials, new products, and brand-wide initiatives
• Adhere to Nikki Beach grooming, behavior, and uniform standards
• Support the team with ad hoc duties and contribute to a high-energy work environment 

Required Qualifications and Competencies: 

• Experience as a bartender in high-end or high-volume venues
• Fluency in English and Azerbaijani are mandatory; Russian is a plus
• In-depth knowledge of classic and modern cocktails, spirits, wines, and mixers
• Strong interpersonal skills and outgoing, engaging personality
• Ability to multitask under pressure and maintain attention to detail
• Proficiency with POS systems and basic inventory control
• Flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
• Professional appearance, punctuality, and strong work ethic
• Commitment to health and safety standards behind the bar
• Creative flair for mixology and guest interaction
• Understanding of Nikki Beach brand values, lifestyle, and global identity
• Proactive mindset with a collaborative spirit and willingness to learn
• Awareness of sustainable practices in beverage operations
