Our company is currently looking for a Sales Manager for Cement-Based Dry Mix Products who will be responsible for developing and implementing sales strategies for cement-based dry-mix products, managing key customer relationships, expanding the dealer network, and driving revenue growth across Baku and regional markets.
Workplace: Garadagh district, Umid settlement, Salyan highway, Sangargaya – 1 road, 7th km 1. (with frequent regional travel)
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Construction/Engineering, Economics, or related field.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in the building materials (cement-based dry mix products is preferred) sector, including at least 3 years in a Sales Manager or Senior Sales role.
- Strong knowledge and hands-on experience in wholesale and retail sales, dealer management, and corporate customer relations.
- Proven track record in developing and executing sales strategy, pricing policy, credit limit management, assortment planning, and market expansion.
- Experience working with cement-based dry mixes or other building materials is highly preferred.
- Strong analytical and commercial skills with the ability to evaluate market trends and competitive behavior.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Ability to travel frequently across regions.
- Languages: Azerbaijani (native), English (advanced), Russian (intermediate or above).
- Proficient in MS Office (Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
- CRM (ERP) experience is an advantage.

Main duties and responsibilities:
- Develop, implement, and manage the sales strategy for cement-based dry-mix products across corporate/top-tier customers, wholesalers, dealers, construction companies, and retail channels.
- Expand and strengthen the dealer network in Baku and regions; manage accounts, agreements, performance, and partnership terms.
- Identify and evaluate new sales opportunities, market segments, and customer categories.
- Plan and execute sales activities aligned with pricing policy, credit limit framework, product assortment strategy, marketing campaigns, and promotional programs.
- Conduct regular market research to monitor competitor activities, pricing, product positioning, and overall market dynamics.
- Prepare monthly/quarterly sales forecasts, sales budgets, pipeline projections, and performance reports.
- Work closely with the marketing team to develop promotional initiatives, product launches, and targeted campaigns.
- Ensure timely collection of receivables and manage credit control processes in line with company policies.
- Participate in customer visits, site inspections, product demonstrations, exhibitions, and regional roadshows.
- Maintain continuous contact and feedback loop with key stakeholders: dealers, construction foremen/teams, project managers, distributors, architects, and procurement divisions.
