Our company is currently looking for a Senior Total Rewards Specialist to contribute to our strategic marketing initiatives.

Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Finance, or a related field (Master’s degree is an advantage)
- Minimum 3–5 years of experience in Compensation & Benefits, Reward Management, or related HR roles
- Solid understanding of job and salary evaluation methodology and incentive systems
- Experience in HR budget planning and cost control
- Excellent knowledge of labor law and tax regulations
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and HRIS systems
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
- High level of integrity, ethics, and confidentiality
- Experience in the production or manufacturing sector is desirable

Main duties and responsibilities:
- Prepare and monitor the Human Resources budget in collaboration with the Finance Department, ensuring accuracy, alignment with business plans, and cost control.
- Manage and maintain the company’s job grading system.
- Conduct job evaluations and support organizational design initiatives.
- Lead or support the coordination of external and internal salary benchmarking surveys.
- Analyze market data and provide salary structure recommendations in line with compensation philosophy.
- Design, implement, and continuously improve Total Reward and Recognition Programs (e.g., retention bonuses, non-monetary rewards, performance-related incentives).
- Ensure reward strategies are aligned with company objectives, employee engagement, and retention goals.
- Coordinate monthly salary and bonus payment processes with HR and Finance teams to ensure accuracy and timeliness.
- Ensure compliance with labor legislation, internal policies, and tax regulations in compensation matters.
- Coordinate and manage reporting related to HR operations and reward management (e.g., headcount, payroll cost, pay gap analysis, salary trends).
- Generate regular dashboards, executive summaries, and ad-hoc reports for senior leadership.
- Support in reviewing and administering employee benefits such as health insurance, transportation, meal allowances, and wellness initiatives.
- Benchmark benefit offerings and propose enhancements aligned with industry standards.
- Develop SOPs and process documentation related to reward, payroll, and HR operations.
- Ensure compliance with all local labor laws, internal controls, and audit requirements in reward-related activities.
- Support the automation and optimization of HR operations and reward processes through digital tools and systems.
- Provide training or information sessions to line managers on reward-related processes (e.g., annual salary review).
- Prepare and present quarterly exit interview analysis reports to senior management to support continuous improvement efforts.
