Position Responsibilities 

• Development of Concept, Permit and Detailed Design Projects, its elements and details
• Responsible for REVIT models, their Coordination and Quality check of the models
• Responsible for implementation of BIM book, creation of BIM library, programming and scripts
• Responsible for the content and precision of the Design, project diagrams and calculations
• Assistance in Design Coordination, Communication with other disciplines / outsource associates

Position Requirements 

• Bachelor or Master degree from Architectural/Engineering Faculty
• MUST have minimum 4+ years of post-diploma professional experience in design development
• MUST have experience in Concept, Permit and Detailed Design as BIM modeller/coordinator
• MUST have Proficiency in Revit, with min. 3 years of active design development with this software
• MUST have previous experience in BIM Coordination of all disciplines (MEP, STR, ARCH, TECH…)
• Previous experience in Project Design Management and Design coordination is a plus
• Proficiency in MS Office suite, Auto CAD, Adobe CS, Postproduction and Rendering software
• Proficiency in English language, knowledge of Russian language is a plus

Remarks

• Application MUST include CV and Project reference list, Portfolio with previous works (10MB total)
• REVIT skills will be checked, REVIT and Navisworks certificates are a plus
• Knowledge of professional standards and codes is a must, Professional Licences is a plus
• Responsible and well-organized person, team player oriented, with problem solver attitude
• Analytic and proactive approach to work, dedication and persistence are preferred
• Capable to verbally provide advice, assistance to its superiors, Reports to Design Manager directly
