Duties:
- Design Office Manager provides the highest level of technical expertise, review and approval of the architectural design work within the Engineering Services
- Employee will review work within area of responsibility for effectiveness, design accuracy, constructability, thoroughness, and adherence to technical standard, codes and procedures
- Maintains and improves standards such as company`s design and specifications procedures. Plans and implements strategy of the design team development, its capabilities and resourcefulness. Also, keeps up-to-date with changes in local and international building regulations and codes of practice relating to architecture
- Assists with quality assurance/quality control activities, including checking, and serving on specifications for resolving technical issues; provides leadership and technical guidance within area of expertise. Reviews designs with health and safety in mind. Oversees and manages coordination process with other disciplines
- Leads design team which will perform feasibility and conceptual studies, detailed studies and evaluations, assessments and/or designs within the discipline area; provides technical input on project planning, design, studies, evaluations, and other related documents
- Mentors design team members, follows up on their duties and availability, plans their engagement, and looks after designers to make sure projects are produced on time and at the required level of quality and accuracy. Motivates and encourages internal and external design teams. Oversees the design process using technical expertise
- Attends design meetings and performs presentations of the design to the company stakeholders and Clients. Maintains cooperation with other departments for productive and proactive delivery of tasks

- Preparing building program requirements and design criteria
- Experience with developing all phases of the design documents for Architectural and Interior Design projects: concept, preliminary, final design, shop drawings and specifications, as built set of documents
- Coordination of all other disciplines (MEP, Structure, Technology, FLS, Landscaping, etc.)
- Theoretical and practical knowledge of RIBA standards;
- Theoretical and practical knowledge of BIM principles and environment
- Possession of high level of Design skills and knowledge of engineering science and technology
- Resourcefulness to overcome obstacles and various design issues
- Resolve issues in a positive and proactive manner

Requirements:
- Bachelor's or Master’s degree in Architecture or a related field.
- Minimum of 10 years of experience in architectural design, including at least 5 years in a leadership or managerial role.
- Professional architectural registration or equivalent certification is preferred.
- Proficiency in BIM platforms (e.g., Revit), CAD software, and project management tools.
- Demonstrated experience managing multidisciplinary design teams and large-scale projects.
- Knowledge of local regulations, permitting procedures, and international standards.
- Strong portfolio showcasing diverse design projects and leadership in delivering innovative architectural solutions.
