About the Role
- Novex Group is seeking a strategic and visionary Group HR director to lead and transform the Group’s people strategy across multiple business lines. The Group HR director will play a key role in shaping a high-performance, values-driven culture and aligning HR practices with business objectives.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement Group-wide HR strategy, governance, and policies
- Lead organizational development, talent management, and succession planning initiatives
- Oversee total rewards, compensation & benefits, and performance management frameworks
- Champion employee engagement, corporate culture, and employer branding
- Ensure operational excellence in HR processes, compliance, and service delivery
- Collaborate with executive leadership to support business transformation and growth
- Strengthen HR analytics, workforce planning
Requirements
- Minimum 10 years of progressive HR leadership experience, preferably within multi-entity or holding structures
- Proven track record in leading HR transformation and influencing stakeholders at executive level
- Strong business acumen and ability to communicate effectively with senior leadership
- Hands-on expertise in HR Operations, including end-to-end process management
- Fluency in Azerbaijani, with advanced proficiency in English and Russian
- Willingness to travel for domestic and international business needs
- FMCG sector experience is an advantage
- Professional HR certification (e.g., SHRM, HRCI) is an advantage
