About the Role:

We are looking for an experienced HR Business Partner to join our team. The ideal candidate will have strong analytical skills, advanced proficiency in Excel and Power BI, and a solid understanding of HR operations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Partner with business unit leaders across the Group to align HR strategies with organizational goals
• Analyze HR metrics and provide actionable insights to improve workforce efficiency
• Support talent management, performance reviews, and workforce planning across all entities
• Ensure compliance with HR policies and labor regulations
• Collaborate on HR transformation projects and process improvements
• Prepare dashboards and reports using Excel and Power BI
• Willingness to travel regularly for business purposes across Group locations
• Execution of labor-related operational tasks assigned to Group employees.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
• Minimum 3 years of experience as an HR Generalist or HR Business Partner
• Strong analytical and reporting skills
• Advanced proficiency in Excel, Power BI and Power Point
• Solid understanding of HR operations and processes
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Fluency in Azerbaijani, with advanced proficiency in English

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience in HR analytics and data interpretation.
• Strong understanding of business operations and decision-making processes.
