About the Role:
We are looking for an experienced HR Business Partner to join our team. The ideal candidate will have strong analytical skills, advanced proficiency in Excel and Power BI, and a solid understanding of HR operations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Partner with business unit leaders across the Group to align HR strategies with organizational goals
- Analyze HR metrics and provide actionable insights to improve workforce efficiency
- Support talent management, performance reviews, and workforce planning across all entities
- Ensure compliance with HR policies and labor regulations
- Collaborate on HR transformation projects and process improvements
- Prepare dashboards and reports using Excel and Power BI
- Willingness to travel regularly for business purposes across Group locations
- Execution of labor-related operational tasks assigned to Group employees.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
- Minimum 3 years of experience as an HR Generalist or HR Business Partner
- Strong analytical and reporting skills
- Advanced proficiency in Excel, Power BI and Power Point
- Solid understanding of HR operations and processes
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Fluency in Azerbaijani, with advanced proficiency in English
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience in HR analytics and data interpretation.
- Strong understanding of business operations and decision-making processes.
