Responsibilities
- Carrying out new product development activities in the food and beverage sector,
- Gaining experience in the full cycle of development, from idea to product and conceptual design,
- Monitoring market trends and new technologies, designs, recipes and adapting accordingly,
- Supporting article and paper publication processes,
- Participating in product release processes and first production runs in facilities,
- Conducting and overseeing all quality control analyses during product development,
- Performing and monitoring shelf-life tests for product formulations,
- Collaborating with Business Units through regular meetings and creating actionable business plans to address current issues,
- Demonstrating a solid understanding of market and customer needs.
- Redesigning and optimizing product recipes and packaging materials.
- Working together with suppliers, customers to understand new trends and technologies and adapting new formulas, production types accordingly.
- Managing group productivity program
- Lean manufacturing, kaizen, 6sigma principles
Qualifications
- Master’s or Bachelor’s degree in Food or Chemical Engineering ( beverage sector knowledge is a big plus)
- Min 5 years of experience in r&d , product development processes.
- Up-to-date with industry innovations and trends,
- Proficiency in MS Office; knowledge of 1C is a plus,
- Experience in article and paper publications (preferred),
- Lean manufacturing, kaizen, 6sigma principles understanding
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English, Russian, and Azerbaijani.
