Working conditions:

  • Salary: 1500 Azn
  • Official employment in accordance with the Labor Code of the Republic of Azerbaijan.

Requirements for candidates:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Finance, or a related field.
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in procurement, purchasing, or supply chain operations; experience in the restaurant, hospitality, or food & beverage industry is preferred.
  • Strong negotiation and supplier management skills.
  • Good understanding of inventory management and procurement best practices.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Fluency in Azerbaijani and Russian is required; English language skills will be considered an advantage.

Job responsibilities:

  • Manage the end-to-end procurement process for food, beverages, cleaning supplies, equipment, and other restaurant operational needs.
  • Source, evaluate, and negotiate with suppliers to secure the best quality, pricing, and service terms.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with vendors and service providers.
  • Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with warehouse, kitchen, and operations teams to ensure timely replenishment.
  • Analyze purchasing trends and identify cost-saving opportunities without compromising quality.
  • Prepare purchase orders and ensure accurate documentation of procurement activities.
  • Track deliveries and resolve any issues related to product quality, quantity, or delivery timelines.
  • Conduct regular market research to identify new suppliers, products, and industry trends.
  • Ensure compliance with company procurement policies, food safety regulations, and quality standards.
  • Prepare procurement reports, supplier performance evaluations, and cost analysis for management.
  • Collaborate with finance and operations departments to support budgeting and cost-control initiatives.
  • Manage supplier contracts and ensure adherence to agreed terms and conditions.
