Job Description:
- We are looking for a motivated and technically strong ERP Developer to join our team at Novum LLC. In this role, you will work on implementing, customizing, and maintaining our ERP system based on Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations.
- Given the limited availability of experienced ERP developers in the market, we are open to candidates with solid backgrounds in .NET, Java, or backend development, who are eager to learn Dynamics 365 and X++. Our team will support your growth through hands-on experience and mentorship.

Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and customize solutions within Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations using X++.
- Collaborate with functional consultants and business stakeholders to understand requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
- Design, develop, and maintain integrations between D365 and external systems (REST APIs, services, etc.).
- Work with database objects, queries, and data entities to manage and process business data.
- Debug, troubleshoot, and resolve system issues and performance bottlenecks.
- Participate in code reviews and ensure adherence to best practices and coding standards.
- Support deployment processes and environment management (Dev/Test/Prod).
- Continuously learn and improve skills in ERP systems, D365 architecture, and X++.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related field (or equivalent practical experience).
- Strong programming skills in at least one of the following: C# / .NET, Java, Other object-oriented languages
- Good understanding of OOP principles, data structures, and software design patterns.
- Experience working with databases (SQL Server, Oracle, etc.).
- Familiarity with REST APIs and system integrations.
- Experience with version control systems (Git).
- Strong problem-solving and analytical thinking skills.
- Willingness and ability to learn Microsoft Dynamics 365 and X++.
- Strong communication skills in English are required, with a minimum proficiency level of B1.
