Responsibilities:
- Develops sustainable business relationships with clients, gaining increased knowledge of their needs and challenges
- Presents project vision, architecture, and strategy to clients while driving transformation and innovation in medium-large client organizations to implement effective solutions through Novum offerings
- Demonstrates concern for meeting client needs in a manner that provides satisfaction and excellent results for the client, leading to additional opportunities within the client account.
- Responsible for Marketing & Sales (materials and managing all existing accounts with weekly updates)
- Update/Record CRM and review Sales Related Tasks Bi-Weekly
- Tackle Targeted Customer Audience for specific product offerings by understanding Novum offerings
- Attending initial sales meetings and meeting the client
- Determining a client’s business requirements and whether the products being considered are suitable
- Decide whether the software or hardware needs adapting to meet the client’s needs
- Answering any basic technical questions, the client might have on products and offerings
Requirements and skills:
- Proven experience as a Sales Manager with 3-5 years in IT industry
- Familiar work with microsoft products
- Strong leadership and team management skills
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal abilities
- Demonstrated ability to drive sales and exceed targets
- Strategic thinking and problem-solving skills
- Bachelor’s degree in business administration, marketing, or related field (preferred)
