Responsibilities:

  • Develops sustainable business relationships with clients, gaining increased knowledge of their needs and challenges  
  • Presents project vision, architecture, and strategy to clients while driving transformation and innovation in medium-large client organizations to implement effective solutions through Novum offerings 
  • Demonstrates concern for meeting client needs in a manner that provides satisfaction and excellent results for the client, leading to additional opportunities within the client account.  
  • Responsible for Marketing & Sales (materials and managing all existing accounts with weekly updates)  
  • Update/Record CRM and review Sales Related Tasks Bi-Weekly  
  • Tackle Targeted Customer Audience for specific product offerings by understanding Novum offerings  
  • Attending initial sales meetings and meeting the client  
  • Determining a client’s business requirements and whether the products being considered are suitable  
  • Decide whether the software or hardware needs adapting to meet the client’s needs  
  • Answering any basic technical questions, the client might have on products and offerings

Requirements and skills:

  • Proven experience as a Sales Manager with 3-5 years in IT industry
  • Familiar work with microsoft products
  • Strong leadership and team management skills
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal abilities
  • Demonstrated ability to drive sales and exceed targets
  • Strategic thinking and problem-solving skills
  • Bachelor’s degree in business administration, marketing, or related field (preferred)
