Position Overview
- We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Tender Specialist to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will support the full tender life cycle, including preparation of bid documentation, coordination with internal departments, and managing submissions on e-tender platforms.
Responsibilities
- Monitor public and private E-Tender platforms (including State E-Procurement portal)
- Review and analyze tender announcements and documents
- Prepare and submit tender bids and supporting documentation
- Coordinate with internal legal, finance, and technical departments
- Maintain tender calendar, documentation tracking, and deadlines
- Review contracts and tender terms for compliance
- Communicate with procurement authorities when needed
- Track tender results and maintain reporting
- Support post‑tender clarifications and documentation control
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Law, Finance, or relevant field
- Minimum 1 year experience in tendering or procurement processes
- Hands‑on experience with E‑Tender portals
- Understanding of tender documentation and compliance rules
- Strong analytical and document management skills
- Proficiency in MS Office tools
- Fluent Azerbaijani, English – intermediate or above
Preferred Skills
- Experience preparing proposals
- Knowledge of government procurement regulations
- Familiarity with legal basics and corporate documentation
