Roles & responsibilities:
Program Coordination:
- Assist in the design, development, and implementation of learning programs.
- Coordinate training schedules and logistics, ensuring seamless execution of training sessions.
- Collaborate with subject matter experts to create engaging and relevant content.
Training Delivery:
- Conduct training sessions for employees at various levels, utilizing effective training methodologies.
- Monitor and evaluate training effectiveness, gathering feedback for continuous improvement.
- Address training-related queries and concerns from participants.
Learning Management Systems (LMS):
- Oversee the administration and maintenance of the Learning Management System.
- Ensure accurate record-keeping of employee training progress and certifications.
- Explore opportunities to enhance the functionality and efficiency of the LMS.
Needs Assessment:
- Collaborate with department heads to identify skill gaps and training needs.
- Conduct regular needs assessments to inform the development of targeted learning programs.
- Stay informed about industry trends and best practices in learning and development.
Team Collaboration:
- Work closely with the Learning and Development team to create a positive learning culture.
- Support and mentor junior members of the team, fostering their professional growth.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate learning initiatives into broader organizational strategies.
Reporting and Analysis:
- Generate reports on training metrics, attendance, and impact on performance.
- Analyze data to provide insights into the effectiveness of learning programs.
- Use feedback and data to make data-driven recommendations for program improvements.
Requirements:
- Minimum Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Organizational Development, or a related field.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in related field / Proven experience in learning and development, with a focus on program coordination and delivery.
- Strong understanding of instructional design principles and adult learning theories.
- Familiarity with learning Management Systems and e-learning platforms.
- Familiarity with a variety of training methods, including classroom training, e-learning, workshops, and on-the-job training
- Understanding of relevant laws, regulations, and compliance standards related to employee training and development.
- Knowledge of strategies to engage and motivate employees in the learning process.
- Ability to tailor training programs to the diverse needs and learning styles of employees.
- Commitment to continuous improvement, seeking feedback, and making data-driven decisions to enhance the effectiveness of training initiatives.
- Awareness of industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies in training and development.
- Keeping up-to-date with changes in the business environment to ensure training programs remain relevant and impactful.

- International sertificate (CIPD, SHRM, etc.) is an advantage.
