We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented HR Intern to join our team. This internship offers a great opportunity to gain hands-on experience in a dynamic environment and work closely with the HR Business Partner on a wide range of HR activities.
Key Responsibilities:
- Support the HR Business Partner in day-to-day HR operations
- Assist in recruitment processes (screening, scheduling interviews, communication with candidates), onboarding and offboarding processes. Training and development needs.
- Maintain and update employee records and HR databases
- Assist in performance management and employee engagement initiatives
- Provide general administrative support to the HR team
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree (or final-year student) in Human Resources, Economics, Management, or a related field
- Fluency in Azerbaijani, English, and Russian
- Very good communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong teamwork and collaboration skills
Preferred skills:
- Good time management and planning skills; negotiation skills are a plus
- Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Experience working with any ERP system is a plus
- Previous experience in a corporate environment is an advantage
