Responsibilities:
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date procurement records, including supplier information, contracts, invoices, and order history.
- Assist in preparing reports and documentation for internal audits or management review.
- Match invoices with purchase orders and delivery notes.
- Communicate with suppliers to obtain price quotes, product availability, and terms of sale.
- Track the status of orders and ensure on-time delivery.
- Assist in the preparation, review, and renewal of supplier contracts and agreements.
- Generate and maintain reports on procurement metrics like cost savings, order accuracy, delivery timelines, and supplier responsiveness.
- Help in data entry and analysis to support budget planning and forecasting.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, Procurement, or a related field (preferred).
- Relevant certifications (e.g., CIPS, CPSM) are a plus.
- Knowledge of Azerbaijani, English languages is absolutely necessary, Russian language is preferred
- Must be stress-resistant, honest and analytical
- Communication skills, attentiveness, activity, responsibility
- Computer skills - MS Office, Word, Excel
